Introduction: Clinical features of severe headache, vision loss, and papilledema; normal neuroimaging and elevated opening pressure on lumbar puncture are diagnostic of idiopathic intracranial hypertensions (IIH) or pseudotumor cerebri. Etiology is often attributed to obesity in young female patients.
